Hearing about the homeless man in Miami eating another man’s face off has me paranoid. I am not prepared for any zombie shit. I’m sleeping with my swords tonight and with the news on too.
So the only people in my family that remembered yesterday was my birthday were my parents, my grandma, and my cousin Khira. Outside of the family my boyfriend, Trin, and a family friend that I met through the NRA remembered. Even after I corrected a cousin about being wrong several more relatives began wishing me a happy birthday. And my relatives wonder why I never feel like I’m part of their family. I guess not putting my birth date on Facebook would answer my question regarding who actually cared enough to remember.
